    Description

      Installer should provide known well-documented way to enumerate all installed components and the component directory paths.

      For example IDE plugins must know which qmake platforms are installed in the system and where these qmake binaries are located to run.

      This also required  to locate other common tools, like designer, cmake, ninja, etc.
