I created the installer file and maintenance tool with the following steps:

• Copy installerbase from Qt Installer Framework's installation bin folder to my installer's folder: packages/com.yourcompany.maintenance/data

• Run

  binarycreator --online-only -t "packages/com.yourcompany.maintenance/data/installerbase" -c config/config.xml -p packages "yourcompany_installer_file_name"

• The installer is created with an icon defined in the config.xml file, but the maintenance tool does not have an icon (see attached image).
