Add touchpoint into the installer to detect when the installation fail

We need to know when and why the installation failed. Is it already when, for example open source obligations needs to be approved, in the download or in the installation phase. 

It would be useful to know.

• license type (commercial, open source, evaluation)
• The view, in which the installation failed 
• The reason for failure (user aborted installation, error in installation)
• User email (to provide immediately help links)
