Cannot clear cache from GUI after trying to clear invalidated cache

      1. Go to Settings -> Local Cache.
      2. Set 'Path to cache' to point to a cache you know is invalid.
      3. Select 'Clear cache'
      4. -> 'Cannot clear invalidated cache' error message is shown as expected
