Add backend calls to detect when the installation was cancelled

What is the benefit? Why is this valuable?

It is important to understand if the evaluation fails due to an installation problem. Detecting problems allows us to provide better instructions on how the evaluator can proceed

It would be useful to know.

• license type (commercial, open source, evaluation)
• The view/screen/state in which the installation failed 
• The reason for failure (user aborted installation, error in installation)
• User email (to provide immediate help links) 

What are common use cases?

• The user decides to cancel the installation
• Installer crash

Technical information

We need to add an AP to the installer backend to be used when the installation is canceled. We should report the wizard page where the cancellation occurred.
