Expired perpetual license key does not work in the offline installer

      An offline installer has been created for Qt 5.15.15 (available since August last year). The perpetual license key has expired in December 2023. 

      • The offline installer can be used with the license credentials as expected
      • The offline installer reports that the license has expired if the license key is entered manually 

      Should not the later case work as well?
