Semi-automatic error reports

As a user, it would simplify the user experience in case of errors if the Installer would generate the report automatically and provide a way to send the report to Qt.

Also, not all users report about the installation errors, thus we miss the visibility how many errors are happening in reality.

Currently most of the reports, from different channels, provide insufficient details to reproduce the issue. Then the user needs to asked further for more details i.e. resulting in ping-pong and delays, which is also annoying for the user as well.

This would speed up the report-investigate-fix-release cycle.

When using the GUI a separate dialog or window could be provided that shows the information included in the error report:

• server IP address and name (if available)
• component / package which was being downloaded or processed (evaluated)
• host machine:
    - CPU count
    - architecture
    - available disk size
    - mem
    - OS + OS version
    - if possible to obtain from env: is it a VM or Docker container
• installation folder
    - permissions of the installation folder
• Qt Account email
• proxy configurations if set in the installer
• IFW version / sha1
• stack trace from installscript if present
• was this install/update/uninstall operation
• include the installation log

The user should have the possibility to opt-out / edit those fields he/she does not want to provide.

When running from terminal, the error report could be written in a separate file and the user can be instructed to attach this in a Jira report or the installer/MaintenanceTool could provide a command line option to send this report.
