    Description

I've created a macOS installer, signed.

On test machine 1, an macbook air M2 with OS 13, it works well.

On test machine 2, an mac mini M2 with OS 14.2, when I click the installer.app, A popup shows "Unable to check for updates Please check your internet connections and try again". If I start the installer in console with --verbose, It tells me " Zsh: bad cpu type for executables" then quit.

      I tried ' /usr/sbin/softwareupdate --install-rosetta --agree-to-license' and then it works.

Both the 2 machines are brand new from store.

      Doesn't OS 14.2 come with rosetta ?

Why there's such a strange popup comes out?

Why macOS doesn't ask me to install rosetta automatically?
