How to reproduce:

(existing install in user folder/Qt)

• start installer with ./qt-unified-linux-x64-4.8.0-beta-online.run --json-raw -d

• login with valid credentials

• settings --> local cache --> clear cache --> close --> ok

• installer returns to login view
• input anything to username and password, login goes through without generating any log rows

Suggestion:

Maybe the credentials should be disabled and informative text about need to go through the login process is viewed, or some automatic login process would be triggered after cache clearing.
