CLI: Alias is emitting unnecessary unstableComponentFound signals

Alias can be temporarily unstable, it happens when the component or the alias requires exists in fallback repositories. After the component is found from fallback repositories, alias is marked stable again. Temporary unstable aliases should not emit unstableComponentFound () -signal
