installer/maintenance tool should work behind a proxy with required authentication

In some enviroments it is not possible to get the proxy settings from the operating system.

For this there should be a way that installer/maintenance tool can get a setting about the proxy including the authenication information.

At the moment this is not possible and user behind this kind of proxy can only use the offline installer which can't be updated.
