      我的系統除了Windows介面語言(中文)之外，又安裝另一個語言(日文)

      以前都沒有問題

      最近更新之後，Maintenance Tool  變成日文了，跟我的Windows 語系不同

      In addition to the Windows interface language (Chinese), My system has another language installed (Japanese).

      There was no problem before.

      After a recent update, the Maintenance Tool became Japanese, which is different from my Windows interface language.
