      Update qtbaseline to Qt 6.7.2 for IFW 4.9 release.
      Compared to previous versions, QtInsightTracker is needed. QtInsightTracker needs sqlite, zlib and zstd. Additional configure options for Qt:
      -qt-zlib
      -feature-zstd
      -sql-sqlite
      -no-sql-odbc
      –
      -DCMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH=<path_to_sqlite>\sqlite3_x64-windows-static\include;<path_to_zstd>\zstd_x64-windows-static\include
      -DCMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH=<path_to_sqlite>\sqlite3_x64-windows-static\lib;<path_to_zstd>\zstd_x64-windows-static\lib
