Improve RTA tests for Qt Online installer, Installer Framework and Maintenance tool:

• harmonize tested configurations - only relevant configurations should be used in testing
• improve the smoke set - only relevant smoke cases for Online installer, IFW, and Maintenance tool should be included
• in general, check that RTA testing focuses on Installer, IFW or Maintenance tool related testing instead of Qt content verification

• easier to maintain RTA tests
• test rounds don't take so long time --> easier and quicker to run RTA for Release candidates & final releases
• save resources on CI as tests are run only with relevant configurations
