Multiple <RepositoryUpdate> sections have no effect in Updates.xml

    Description

      1) Put multiple <RepositoryUpdate> sections into Updates.xml into repo A
      2) start online installer, make config.xml point only into repo A

      -> only first <RepositoryUpdate> gets registered, the rest are ignored.

      Tested by shuffling the <RepositoryUpdate> sections, always only the first one gets registered.
