Installer shows wrong selected sidewidget item

      entered() -signal is sent too early, the side widget has not yet updated the selected item. If we listen to entered() signal and try to perform page validation right after entering to page (by programmatically calling QWizard::next() or QPushButton::click()), the sidewidget shows wrong selection
