When specifying 'RunProgram' in config.xml, it is also visible on uninstall

      I added

      <RunProgram>DocViewerApp</RunProgram>
<RunProgramDescription>Show the 'Getting Started' documentation</RunProgramDescription>

      to my config.xml, and now it shows a checkbox with description on install. The problem is that it also shows this on uninstall.
      it should not show the 'RunProgram' on uninstall.
