Online installer: Notification about the license tool installation

As a user I want to know where the license tools will be installed

So that I have a clear picture about the installed/required SW and the location in case I want to manually copy the installation to another host. 

With Online installer user needs to specify the directory where Qt will be installed. We should also provide the information about the location of the license tools in way which requires user interaction. This way user should have the clear picture what needs to be copied in case user wants to copy the installation to another host

6.3.2025 backlog cleaning meeting: This will be handled via updating the online documentation: if there are some problems, the end user is instructed to check the documentation. A reminder about the documentation needs to be added to the last page of the installer flow. vilavoniu please provide the text that will be added to the installer.
