Support for merging two offline installer packages due to the 4GB size limit.

      This request is to provide the option to create two offline installers: one containing some modules (Part One) and the other containing the remaining modules (Part Two). Both installers should install to the same location, merging into a single installation. This is necessary because an offline installer cannot exceed 4 GB due to executable size limitations on Windows.
