Support terminating a process before updating/uninstalling the component

When uninstalling a component, there is no practical way to:

• check if a process is already running, which belongs to the component to be uninstalled
• show a dialog to the user that it will be stopped, and additional info text e.g. to tell "save any unsaved changes first before continuing.."
• once the dialog is closed, the IFW would provide a native way to stop the process and optionally offer a way to forcefully create the process

After these steps, continue to uninstall the component.

The scripting interface should provide a native way to accomplish this.
