The new icon missing on Maintenance tool

Issue: 

If the user has an existing Maintenance tool, and they run the update process. The newly installed Maintenance tool does not have an icon at all.

To reproduce:

1. Open existing Maintenance tool v.4.80 (something older than 4.90)
2. Run the update
3. Open newly installed 4.90 Maintenance tool
4. You should not see the application icon, or you see the old one, or no icon.

How it should work

When updating the Maintenance tool, it should have the new appicon.
