Calculation of installation size breaks

The estimated installation size calculation unexpectedly provides persistently wrong results when user interacts with the installer. 

Case 1: latest supported

1. start with desktop & custom selection (size = 7.5GB)
2. select show > latest supported release 
3. click on any all / none / default filter 
4. the size remains at 7.5GB no matter what filter is selected

Case 2: latest supported 2 

1. start with desktop & custom selection (size = 7.5GB)
2. uncheck show > latest supported release 
3. click back 
4. the component selection now only shows two of the five alternatives (desktop & design studio), without explaining to the user that there's an active filter 

Case 3: offline installer

1. start with desktop & custom selection (size = 7.5GB)
2. click create offline installer
3. click back
4. the installation size has been changed to 1.4GB
