Removing Qt versions from Maintenance Tool leaves folder in the Qt directory

Removing Qt versions from Maintenance Tool leaves those Qt versions' folder in the Qt directory. 

If I open those folder, there are folders for each target like android, msvc, mingw, src but most of the content has been removed. Few KBs of files are left behind. 

I have attached the screenshot as well, there are only 3 qt versions installed in the Maintenance Tool but in the Qt directory it shows 9 qt versions. 

Actual Result:

Folders are not deleted.

Expected Result:

Folders should be deleted after they are removed using the maintenance tool.

Note: This is not reproducible on macOS but I'm using Maintenance tool v4.8.0 there.
