Qt Maintenance Tool displays HTML tags unexpectedly on macOS with Japanese locale

      The version of Qt Maintenance Tool is built with QIF 4.9.0, based on Qt 6.7.2, built on Feb 24 2025.

      When it runs on Mac where Japanese is the top preferred language, it apprears partly corrupted as shown in the attached screen shot. You can see some HTML tags  next to the "submit" button.
