    Description

      Qt Installer baseline contains currently liblzma 5.6.2 for Windows:
      https://codereview.qt-project.org/q/project:qt/tqtc-qt5+branch:tqtc/6.7.2

      It should be updated to the latest version 5.6.4:
      liblzma https://tukaani.org/xz/

      Note! No need to update Linux or macOS; these use the system library.
