Optional dependencies

A new option in package.xml to define the optional dependencies will be very useful . When the user checks the package in the component selection page, installer could suggest the optional packages.

By extension, the selected packages might be consistent. For example:

• if com.vendor.root.component1 depends of com.vendor.root.component2 and optionally of com.vendor.root.component3;
• if component1 is checked then component2 is automatically and obligatory checked (ForcedInstallation = true) and component3 is automatically checked but it can be unchecked.

I think that this suggestion looks like QTIFW-261 issue.
