fix b2qt installation error on b2qt targets

    Description

      b2qt targets fail in suite_default_installations in tst_default_installation_b2qt when ran in CI. Local installations work. 

      Following targets are affected:
       
      linux-g++-Ubuntu22.04-x64-apalis-imx6
      linux-g++-Ubuntu22.04-x64-apalis-imx8
      linux-g++-Ubuntu22.04-x64-colibri-imx6ull
      linux-g++-Ubuntu22.04-x64-imx8mq-evk
      linux-g++-Ubuntu22.04-x64-intel-skylake-64
