wrong project path when double clicking a pro file

    Description

      With Qt Creator 2.8.81 When a .pro file is double-clicked in the explorer (Windows 7 x64), Qt Creator assume a wrong path, and fails to open the project.
      Example: double-clicking "D:\projets_internes\SpectraLayers\Project\SpectraLayers_project\SpectraLayers_project.pro"
      will open Qt Creator with the following error message:
      Failed to open D:\projets_internes\SpectraLayers\Project\SpectraLayers_project\'D:\projets_internes\SpectraLayers\Project\SpectraLayers_project\SpectraLayers_project.pro'
