Install script operations that require sudo rights aren't requesting password

If an operation requires sudo rights to be run successfully the Installer Framework doesn't request for sudo password.

For example in modifyextract example installscript.js: component.addOperation("Extract", archive, "@RootDir@/etc/application");

A password dialog should be shown for that operation.
