Dependencies need to be calculcated earlier

The full component dependency list should be calculated earlier, so that components have time to make changes to the install steps.

Currently the dependency list is calculated only when you reach the ReadyToInstall page. This means that you cannot e.g., use a virtual component to show the user a new WizardPage when that component is selected via dependency.
