no way to stop SDK update through maintenance tool and resume it later.

    Description

      When I try to update components through the SDK maintenance tool, if there a network shortage and I wish to abort and continue later, I'm left with a broken SDK installation (e.g. packages removed for the upgrade are never reinstalled) and I have to re-update and wait again the time to download hoping this time my network will hold. I have a very bad network connection and slow, so it is required to have a way to resume the download and installation from where it has left last time like other modern installers.
