Add 'About ...' menu item to MaintenanceTool

    • Mac OS X 10.9.5, Latest version of the MaintananceTool ('./MaintenanceTool --version' shows: 'IFW Version: "1.5.82", Installer base SHA1: "6254a18", Build date: "Aug 27 2014".')

      I just issued a report about a bug in MaintenanceTool.app. I could not really find out its version. There is no 'About ...' menu item. It would be nice to add one.

      From the command line I can get the following information:

      > ./MaintenanceTool --version 
'IFW Version: "1.5.82", Installer base SHA1: "6254a18", Build date: "Aug 27 2014".
