wrong error message during component download when /tmp is full

    Description

      The error message when /tmp is full, during online/update of components, says that the download failed.
      It took me some time and retries to figure out that actually my /tmp was full so nothing could be stored on disk anymore. The message lead me first to think that the file is not on the server.
