Can not be installed using the installer that I created in QtIWF of 64bit version on Windows.

      Situation
      1. Press the "install" button in the "ReadyForInstallation" page.
      2. UAC dialog is displayed, and press the OK
      3. "PerformInstallation" screen is displayed. Progress does not proceed.
      4. Warning that could not be created "Helloworld" in "Program files" folder is displayed.
