Can not start a maintenance tool for Windows because of the double run prevention function.

      Situation
      1.Build a 64bit version of the QtIFW.
      2.Create the installer using a folder of tutorial.
      ex <QtIFW DIR>\examples\tutorial

      3.Install to 'Program files' folder.
      4.Run the maintenancetool.exe.
      5.Dialog of the accompanying image is displayed, and maintenancetool.exe can not be started.

      Perhaps, is because the lock file can not be created in a double run prevention function.
      To operate the 'Program files' folder, you must have administrator privileges.
      However, it does not have the authority immediately after the start of maintenancetool.exe of 64bit.
      Therefore, you can not create lock file.
