Use QWinTaskBarProgress on windows

      Installing Qt, especially using the online installer, can be a time consuming operation. It is nice that Windows offers the option to use the task bar entry to display progress, so you can easily peek how thing are going while doing something else. Qt supports this via QWinTaskBarProgress from QtWinExtras.

      It would be good to use that feature to mirror the main progress bar on the taskbar.
