Automatic download retry if connection is lost

    Description

      We have reports from people that the download gets stopped in the middle of the overall download process.

      Allow the ifw to retry a few times before giving up.
      At least in the situations where the download process has been running for a while before it halts.

          Suggestion - Public suggestions QTIFW-5 Add a download resume option to SDK's online installer

          • P1: Critical - Urgent and Important, will STOP the release if matched with set FixVersion field. This includes regressions from the last version that are not edge cases; Data loss; Build issues; All but the most unlikely crashes/lockups/hanging; Serious usability issues and embarrassing bugs & Bugs critical to a deliverable.
