Installer crashes if addElevatedOperation is used more than once, if started without admin rights on windows

      For the first operation admin rights are aquired correctly, but if the installer attemps to execute the second elevated operation it crashes (seems to be independend from the windows version, tested with Win7, Win81 and Win10)
