Dubious warning about RequiresAdminRights tag

      Using an addElevatedOperation in an offline installer results a warning:

      [37629] Warning: Component processelevation uses addElevatedOperation in the script, but it does not have the needed RequiresAdminRights tag

      However, RequiresAdminRights is not a documented property for either package.xml or config.xml. Instead, it seems to be magically added by repogen. So is the warning to be ignored for offline installers?
