To reproduce the bug, please do the following :

      1. Create an offline installer with local repository and multiple components.
      2. Install the application, using the installer.
      3. Start the maintenance tool.
        • Remove a component.
        • Press "Next", press "Update".
        • Press "Restart" button, to restart the maintenance tool.
        • Add a component and remove another, apply the changes.
        • After the update finishes, quit the installer by pressing "Finish"

At the Application's TargetDir both "MaintenanceTool.dat" and "MaintenanceTool.dat.new" files have been deleted.

Henceforth, the Maintenance Tool does not start.
