Dependency detection/warning

Like talked during the QtCS, it would be nice to have a way to verify for missing dependencies. Since it might be pretty difficult (e.g. compiling a minimal application requires to know what compiler is installed). A simple page presenting them though might be enough.

In mind: the OpenGL dev package generally missing when installing Qt on Linux for new users/programmers.
