Offline installer 2.0.1 has no --dump-binary-data option

    Description

      The Qt offline installer up to Qt 5.4 had the option to dump the archive content of the installer via "--dump-binary-data".

      Docker installations like https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/rabits/qt/dockerfile/ make use of this option for an unattended installation of Qt inside a Docker image.

      From the options listed by running the installer with "--help" it seems to be no longer possible to install Qt in this case.
