    Description

      This appears to be a regression of QTIFW-678.

      I have to run the Installer as Administrator to get it to work. However, if I then run the uninstall, it hangs again.

      If I build using the 32-bit build of IFW and point it to "C:\Program Files\AppName" (Because our application is 64-bit), the install completes without error.
