Add a means to read the command line arguments passed in to the installer inside the controller script being used

Add a means to read the command line arguments passed in to the installer inside the controller script being used. This will make it easier for a control script setup to aid silent installations to allow changing some settings (such as target directory) just by passing it on the command line.
