invalid QBSP breaks installer

      Use Add of Remove components / "Browser QBSP or 7z files..."
      Select random 7z file that does not contain valid repository

      Bug1: there is no notification to user that the selected file is not a repository, verbose log shows error message but UI silently ignores the errors.

      go back, and select Update components.

      Bug2: UI shows "Unpacking compressed repositories...", but it never ends. verbose log shows errors but UI remains unusable.

      Bug3: Since repo is already unpacked, why is it done again?
