CreateShortcut fails with secure URL on Windows

If I add

component.addOperation("CreateShortcut", "https:/oliverniebuhr.de/akkompoltool-anleitung/", "@StartMenuDir@/AKKomPolTool Website.url");

The Installer pops up a Message that there is an Error creating the Shortcut. "Solution":
Use "http://" instead of "httpS://"

Its a minor annoyance (P3 IMHO as there are a lot of Major Bugs to Fix and Features to add ATM) as my Website is properly configured but still an annoyance.

EDIT: I can set the "httpS://" Scheme in the .desktop File under Linux with no problem at all. No Idea about OS/X - not able to test as I dont own that OS.
