Maintenance Tool button 'Finish' should be default after updating

After you update or add a component via Maintenance Tool the default button in the update wizard should be 'Finish' instead of 'Restart', since the wizard text says something like "Click finish to close the Maintenance Tool" and 'Restart' is selected by default. If you just press Enter, the Maintenance Tool gets restarted instead of closed.
