MaintenanceTool update does not update online repositories in resource file

    Description

      After updating MaintenanceTool into newer version the root online repository URL(s) are not updated into the resource file.

      In 3.0.0 MaintenanceTool update the Enterprise root repository URL was updated to point into new CDN but this does not seem to have any effect always.
