      Could you please create a project in JIRA for "Qt Test Infrastructure"?

      The Qt test automation team will use it to manage their tasks. Bug reports may also come from outside for the elements of test infrastructure which are public (currently not many, but expected to increase over time).

      Suggested that project identifier avoids `QTTEST' or anything else which people might confuse with QTestLib.
