Description
When an issue is opened and assigned a priority, instead of reporting on mail that it was opened, the mail I receive is 'Assigned' (the message reads 'The following issue has been re-assigned.').
The issue was NOT re-assigned, the assignee is just the same as before (default for component), so that mail is confusing...
